The Sting has metamorphosed countless times since it’s inception in 1974, always progressing along with the eras performance requirements. The Fusion Sting Series is the most recent evolution of the design combining Bens original Sting concepts with modern design attributes. The forward section provides volume under the chest for float and paddle power while the Sting (wing) abruptly breaks the rail line for pronounced and increased responsiveness. This is accented by a wide variety of tail types behind the wing with bottom contours manipulated to accent the tails response characteristics in combination with the Sting.
