Yes. After you have built your custom board, select the ‘pick up’ option in the checkout and you will have the option to collect your new custom board from either of our stores in Mona Vale, or Byron Bay. This is freight free and will not have any additional shipping costs.
All customs will be shaped in Sydney, mainly out of our factory in Mona Vale. The shaped blanks will then be sent to various glassing facilities depending on different specifications such as tints, materials & shape. Most PU boards will be glassed in Mona Vale, Sydney, and Spine-Teks are glassed out of Kina Road in Tweed Heads.
Let us know via. info@onboardindustries.com.au and we will shoot through a return label to send the product back. We can either send you a size up/ down or refund you for your purchase.
No, fins will not be included in your board order unless you specify that you would like glassed in fins for your custom board. If you need fins with your board, you can let us know & ask for choice advise in the confirmation email post custom order.

Yes, you can order what ever your want on your custom order. If it doesn’t show it’s available then please contact us.
Carbon patches strengthen the Heel and toe wear areas of your board. You can order these on any custom made surfboard or choose not to have them. They come standard on most models unless they are not shown in the image.
Yes you can. Provide your own artwork or use art work templates supplied.

No, unfortunately we cannot ship or deliver boards to overseas destinations. However, depending on your location, if you get in contact with us, we can point you in the right direction to try get a board under your feet.

Order before 11:00pm AEST, on the east coast, you will receive your items in 1-4 business days. The rest of Australia are expected to receive your items within 3-14 business days depending on your location. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate in contacting us via our contact page. The delivery times provided are estimates only. Onboard Industries will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
We take to upmost care when packing and sending your new baby. Depending on the region in which your board is destined, we will wrap it in bubble wrap, then either cardboard around the rails, nose and tail or straight into a box.
Once completed in production, your board will be wrapped thoroughly in bubble wrap, boxed up and sent out within 1 day of production completion. It will then be given to TFM freight services to be delivered to your home address. Once booked in, you will receive an automated email from us including your receipt of purchase and tracking details & instruction for your new board order.
