Returns policy

We want all our customers to receive high quality products with which they are satisfied. If there is something wrong with the item you have received, or if the items delivered are is not identical to your order (e.g. wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible, including your order number, details of the error and, if possible, photos of any errors.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). 

Once we receive the returned item/s, we will refund the value of the purchased the item/s, but not shipping costs.

All items must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation-the packaging and item/s must not be broken or damaged. Otherwise, it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

You must arrange for, and pay the cost of, shipping returned the item/s. The item/s are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the item/s or their packaging. We strongly recommend you return your item/s by insured, registered post because Onboard Industries will not be liable for any lost returned item/s.

There is a no returns policy for items purchased under factory seconds, or sale items.

How to return a product

Please contact us if you would like to return a product.

Please note that when you return item/s it is very important to provide the order number, as well as your name, address, phone number and email address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem with the items is necessary.

It can take a number of days for us to receive your returned items. Once we have received your returned items, we will inspect them and, if appropriate, process the refund within 48 hours.

Surfboards may be difficult to ship, so please contact us for assistance and guidance.
