Surfboard orders:
Collection from Onboard Mona Vale and Byron Bay is currently available. If your surfboard or items are located at the other store, we will transport between the stores at no additional cost. Transport is completed between each store on a weekly basis, and we will contact you for an accurate ETA after the order has been placed.
Onboard Industries maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been received and cleared.
Once your order has been sent, you will have to return the items in order to receive a refund (please note our 'Terms of Use’ policy). The return shipping cost will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of an item, removing an item, and changing the delivery address or payment method. All items are sent from our store in Mona Vale, NSW. We will endeavor to ship your items out within three (3) business days after your order has been placed.

You can have your item/s delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should be included as Delivery Address when placing your order. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO Box.
